How often do you produce catalogs?
Every Fall we print a new catalog just in time for the Holidays. The catalogs are automatically sent out to all customers on our mailing list.
Is the catalog free?
Absolutely!
Do you sell or otherwise provide customer information on your mailing list to other companies?
No, we do not. Our mailing list is not shared with or sold to any other company for any reason. The mailing list consists of individual customer names and addresses - nothing more. We do not store credit card numbers or any other financial data.
Custom OrdersYes, we can and have done so for a variety of museums, aircraft enthusiast organizations and reunion groups. We can alter one of our existing designs to meet your needs, or can produce one from scratch! Please call us for details and allow plenty of lead/development time.
Can you make a shirt for an individual customer?
Yes, however, the development costs that go into producing a single shirt are usually prohibitively high. When those costs are spread out over are greater number of shirts - as they would be for an organization or company - they are very manageable. If you want to discuss your project, please give us a call.
We use Jerzees T-shirts for all of our designs. After extensive testing and use, we think Jerzees Ts offer the best quality and last the longest. Jerzees didn't pay us for the above assessment and we really could buy cheaper shirts!
Are your T-shirts 100% cotton or a blend?
We produce our designs on a Jerzees 50/50 cotton and polyester blend. You can request 100% cotton shirts.
What colors do your designs come in?
Our T-shirt designs come in Ash (light grey), White, and Natural (sort of a beige or cream color). In the future we may offer additional colors.
Can I get a T-shirt with the airplane design on the front of the shirt?
Yes! Our T-shirts are normally produced as two-sided designs - a crest on the front left breast and the full aircraft design on the back. You can however request a front-only T-shirt. In a front-only version, the crest is not used and the aircraft appears on the front of the shirt. There is no difference in price.

Yes, we can make a shirt in 3XL on request. Please call us for current pricing.

Who makes your shirts?
Actually we do. You may see our shirts on other web sites too - we made them all!
Are your shirts made in the USA?
Since we produce/print the shirts ourselves, the answer is yes. We purchase our raw materials (blank T-shirts) from major T-shirt suppliers in the USA, just as other T-shirt makers do. Those suppliers typically no longer get shirts made in mills in the USA. If you check the tags on the shirts we use, you will see "Made in Honduras", or "Made in Haiti", or "Assembled in Mexico", etc. They used to say "Made in the USA", but someone discovered they could get it done cheaper in other places - that's another story!
Can I get a long-sleeved T-shirt?
Yes, but you will need to call us for a price quote. All of our T-shirts are normally short-sleeved.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely! All data is encrypted for transmission over the Internet.
Do you store credit card numbers or other credit card information?
No, we do not store any credit card data. Whether you order on line, over the phone, or by mail, credit card data is only kept long enough to process a transaction. Once a transaction has been completed, credit card data is destroyed. Paper order forms, phone order forms, etc. are all shredded.
Do you share order information with other companies, or sell that information to other companies?
No! All of the information you share with us, stays with us. We do not sell or share customer data with anyone. Not even our mailing list.
Wholesale PricingYes. We offer a separate wholesale price structure for all of the goods we manufacture. Those goods include T-shirts, caps, Polo shirts, Sweatshirts and the WWII War Machines card set. These are the only items that we offer at wholesale prices. Do I have to meet any requirements to buy from you on a wholesale basis?
Yes. We must be able to certify that you are a genuine business. You must supply a copy of your Certificate of Exemption and Blanket Certificate of Resale for the state you are registered to do business in. Trade references are also helpful.
Can I sell your shirts and other products at air shows?
We actively sell our goods at between 15 to 20 air shows and other events around the country. Our schedule of shows can be viewed by clicking on the Air Shows link above. As long as we will not be attending the show or event you have in mind, you can market our goods. If we are attending the show/event, we ask that you NOT attempt to sell our goods.
Can I sell your shirts and other products on Ebay?
NO! Aviation and Military Collectibles offers an active presence on Ebay and restricts the sale of our products to our Ebay store and on-line auctions.
